| Infant Massage is a wonderful way to bond with your baby. The classes I offer focus on building communication skills between parents and their babies through massage. It is amazing to see the different ways our babies talk to us without words. Learning to pick up on these cues and respond to them with touch initiates a beautiful, non-verbal connection between you and your child which can carry on throughout his or her childhood and beyond. Classes are designed to be taught in a series of three, approximately one hour, time frames. Babies and parents need some time to get used to massage and about a week or so in between lessons gives parents a chance to apply some techniques during the week, and ask questions at the next lesson. The point of Infant Massage is more about spending quality time with your child, and letting your baby experience all the benefits of touch, rather than learning to give a perfect, full body massage. Over the course of three classes, you will learn to: *customize a massage just for your baby *use a variety of strokes and positions *recognize when to adjust techniques according to baby's needs When you've completed the Infant Massage classes you'll be able to use touch and massage as a tool to: *soothe your baby, *aid in digestion if applicable, *enhance your bond with him or her, *improve sleep patterns |

| Private Infant Massage Classes I will be happy to come to your home so you and your baby will be comfortable in your own surroundings. Private sessions allow me to focus completely on your family so the classes can be customized to you and your baby's specific needs. My classes are designed to build on one another over a series of 3 classes. Optimal age: 0 - 12 mos. (pre-crawling) Cost - $100 Group Classes If you have friends with small babies who would like to learn infant massage together in a group setting, consider hosting a group class at your home! Small groups of 3 to 4 baby/parent duos work best. Cost - One 1hr group class - $30 Series of 3 1hr group classes - $50 |
